Stütz
Sound adventurer and music selector with a background in anthropology and hard partying, Stütz takes the pure crushing sound over most things out there. Intense and visionary, he plays his agitated improvised sets towards the south side of things. With a fiery passion for sound and the culture behind it, this Greek God has an alienating trip to take you to.
This session’s motif is NU, Ionescu style. Stütz doesn’t see music, but given a cinema screen, synesthesia will be channelled through the collages of Alex Badea and the live visual alterations of Șerban Netejoru and Dan Fiera.

Introspective is an audition series that provides a public context for the kind and multitude of music which is otherwise listened to in private spaces: from the microcosm of headphones to at-home intimate gatherings. It surfaces the music and sound which is indirectly, but oppressively constrained to be listened to as such by regional bonds of economical systems and cultural structures.
The pushed to be peculiar, the ‘abnormal’, is brought out with the intention to shed light onto experiment, the beauty of sincere process and difference rather than the proliferating result-driven product. We hope these sessions will encourage attendees to create and think freely.
Introspective is an ODD project initiated by Beatrice Sommer with the help of Cristiana Tăutu and Tatiana Moise.
