Cursuri pentru parinti – Getting started in Nonviolent Communication
Do you sometimes struggle to speak up for yourself or, when you do, it comes across as aggressive? Do you take things personally when hearing the judgements of others? Do you yearn for deeper quality of conversation and connection with the people close to you?
This 2 day workshop will introduce an approach to communication and relationships called Nonviolent Communication (NVC), developed by Marshall Rosenberg. It will help start you on a path that will transform the quality of your relationship with yourself and to others.
The workshop is designed as the first course in a longer programme of learning and integrating NVC – though it can be taken as a stand-alone workshop.
- Identify ways in which we block communication and how to overcome them
- Increase our capacity to maintain dialogue especially when disagreeing
- Learn to speak up for yourself in difficult moments
- Hear criticism and judgement without taking it personally
What to expect
We will create a safe, supportive environment where you’ll learn through exercises, role plays, discussions and from each other through sharing experiences. Our focus will be on what works and what fits for you.
The workshop will be in English with support for those who are not so confident in English.
