Jazz in the Park 2018

Jazz in the Park is all about bringing the cozy back to public spaces. Great music, hangouts, interactive experiences – there’s something in here for everyone.

Our stages will be taken over by jazz, blues and classical concerts, all live, all free. Whether you’re just passing through the park, meeting friends for a full-blown picnic, taking a stroll by the Someș riverbed or essentially moving out of your house and into (or out to) the park for the full week, you’ll get to meet new people, listen to some amazing tunes and rediscover what the city has to offer.

We’re talking music from morning ‘till evening, played by both foreign and Romanian artists. Friends, family and relaxation, wine, blankets, hammocks, sandwiches, bicycles, books and craft fairs are just a part of what Jazz in the Park means to locals and guests alike.

Our goal is to give new meaning to forgotten or less used public spaces, using music to bring them back to life.
